Mill to be cabinet design with motor mounted beneath the mill within cabinet base,Cabinet base is designed to insure 50 inches code height floor to top of operating roll.Base to be leveled via (4)#2 Royal mounts with leveling screws.

*ENDFRAMES –Heavy duty semi-steel design,fitted with top caps for ease of disassembly.

*ROLLS- 6 inches dia.*13 inches face,smooth forged steel hollow chamber design.Roll bodies are flame hardened and chrome plated with 3.5 inches

dia journal necks.

*COOLING OF ROLLS-NEW Duff Norton stainless steel roller bearing

rotary joints good for steam,water or hot oil service.

*BEARINGS-Full circle bronze journal liners machined with lubricant well on non-pressure side with inboard seals.
